These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Senn, a bilingual dental-education platform, including our mobile applications and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must verify your email address to activate your account. One account is intended for a single person; non-premium accounts may be limited to a single device.

2. Educational use

Senn provides clinical articles, quizzes, courses and an AI tutor for educational purposes only. Content does not constitute medical or professional advice and must not be relied upon for diagnosis or treatment. Always apply your own professional judgement and follow applicable clinical guidelines and regulations.

3. Credits, vouchers & purchases

Some content requires access purchased with in-app credit. Credit is added by redeeming vouchers and may be used to unlock courses or other paid content. Credits and unlocked content have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, record, redistribute, resell or publicly share course videos, articles or other content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, share your account, or use the Service unlawfully.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material, or disrupt the Service.

5. Intellectual property

All content and materials on the Service are owned by Senn or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning.

6. AI tutor

The AI tutor generates responses automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Treat its output as a study aid, not a definitive source.

7. Termination & account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion your profile is deactivated and access ends; certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senn is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
